Molecular biological precision diagnostics for your oncology patients
Dear Colleagues,
As a partner in oncology, we offer you innovative molecular biological diagnostic solutions that go beyond standard therapy and open up new perspectives for your patients. Our Liquid Biopsy technology enables the identification of individual therapy options through precise analysis of resistance mechanisms and metabolic pathways of tumor cells.
Personalized cancer diagnostics in practice
Guide
Our differentiation from standard diagnostics
Conventional guideline-based oncology offers proven therapy protocols, but reaches its limits with different and possibly therapy-resistant tumors or rare molecular subtypes. This is where our personalized diagnostics come in:
- Individualized analysis instead of statistical categorization
- Identification of active metabolic and signaling pathways by mRNA expression analysis
- Comprehensive proof of resistance mechanisms and alternative signaling pathways
- Comparison with databases of approved active ingredients for immediate clinical applicability
Early recognition and action
Basis of our methodology
Our diagnostics are based on the analysis of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cell-free tumor DNA/RNA using Liquid Biopsy. This approach offers decisive advantages over conventional biospats:
- Minimally invasive sample collection without stressing the patient
- Detection of tumor heterogeneity through representation of different tumor cell populations
- Longitudinal monitoring of tumor evolution and treatment resistance
- Early detection of molecular changes before clinical manifestation
Using highly sensitive enrichment methods, we can achieve reliable results even at low CTC concentrations.
- 10+ years of research and experience
- Personalized therapy
- State-of-the-art molecular biology technologies
- Innovative solutions for a better quality of life for your patients

Indications for our analyses
Our diagnostics are particularly valuable for patients in the following situations:
- Resistance to standard therapies
- Recurrent diseases
- Rare or molecularly heterogeneous tumor types
- Metastasized diseases
- Accompanying diagnostics for therapy monitoring
- Patients with contraindications for conventional biopsies
Clinical relevance of our analyses
The molecular characterization of the tumor cells makes this possible:
- Identification of "druggable targets" for approved targeted therapies
- Recognition of resistance mechanisms and development of circumvention strategies
- Combination of active substances for the simultaneous blockade of several signaling pathways
- The rationale for off-label use of drugs with rare molecular signatures
- Prediction of therapy response to immunotherapies
- Patients with contraindications for conventional biopsies
Practical course of the cooperation
The process for you as the treating physician is straightforward:
Not all doctors are specialized in the latest methods of cancer diagnostics. In addition, personalized diagnostic procedures are not yet covered by health insurance companies as a standard service, which is why our tests are not yet offered in every oncology practice.
For this reason, we offer patients the opportunity to access our molecular biological analyses directly. This allows you to benefit from our advanced personalized cancer diagnostics even without a special referral.

Material dispatch
We will send you specialized blood collection kits free of charge
Please note⟶ for the examination order
General information
Test order: Please fill out the test order and make sure that the necessary signatures of the patient and attending physician are on page 4. Enter all the information you have so that the analysis can be carried out without delay. Place the examination order together with the samples to be analyzed in the appropriate box and, if available, also enclose other documents such as current doctor’s letters, pathology reports or treatment plans.

Sampling
Standard blood collection (for chemotherapy patients 10-14 days after last therapy)

Please note⟶ before taking the blood sample
Guide for blood samples
Collection of the sample: Please fill the enclosed serumtube 1 first (BD Vacutainer CAT with red cap). Then fill the tubes 2 to 5 (BD Vacutainer K2E with purple cap) as much as possible to obtain a total of approx. 40 ml of blood. The blood must not be infectious.
Collection: Please contact us at least one day before the blood sample is taken so that we can organize a timely collection by courier service. If logistically possible, the samples must reach us within 24 hours.
It is therefore not possible to take blood samples on Fridays or before public holidays.
Storage: The sample can be stored in the refrigerator (4 °C – 8 °C) until the courier picks it up. Please note, however, that the blood must not freeze under any circumstances, as the sample cannot be used in this case.
Guide for tissue samples
Fresh tissue: When sending fresh tissue, please contact us at least three days before the biopsy/surgery. Fresh tissue must be transported on dry ice, which we send to the clinic in advance. Please transfer the tissue samples to the enclosed screw-top containers and place them back on the dry ice immediately so that the cold chain is not interrupted.
Kerosene block: Express delivery is not necessary for tissue embedded in kerosene (FFPE).

Collection
Our courier service collects the sample directly from your practice
Please note⟶ for collection
Collection:
Please note that the courier service requires a time window of at least 2 hours.
Therefore, please contact us at least one day before the blood collection so that we can organize a timely collection by courier service. If logistically possible, the samples must reach us within 24 hours. It is therefore not possible to take blood samples on Fridays or before public holidays.

We offer specialized analyses for different tumor entities:
Tumor-specific expertise
Early cancer detection prevention & aftercare
Inform your patients about the iPREVENT test, which enables early detection of minimal tumor entities – up to 100x more sensitive than imaging methods. Early detection offers optimal chances of recovery and is ideal for relapse prevention.
Localized cancer in the early stages
The iSELECT test is recommended for patients with early stage 1 or 2 tumors. This makes it possible to understand the individual tumor activity as quickly and painlessly as possible and to show which complementary substances could be used to contain it.
Cancer in an advanced stage
Urgent action is required for stage 3 and 4 tumors due to exponential growth in the metastatic stage. The iCOMPLETE test offers the opportunity for effective measures with few side effects.
Breast cancer
Patients diagnosed with breast cancer require differentiated treatment depending on the type. It is important to understand at an early stage what is driving the individual cancer and how it can be treated effectively and with few side effects.
Prostate cancer
Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer or with rapidly rising PSA levels require early and effective treatment options to combat the tumor cells with minimal side effects.
Leukemia/lymphoma Multiple myeloma
Hemo-oncological diseases are diverse with individual differences. A detailed understanding of the specific case enables early, effective therapeutic approaches that combat tumor cells with minimal side effects.
Colorectal cancer
Colorectal cancer varies greatly and shows individual differences. A precise analysis of your patient’s specific case helps to find the best treatment options with minimal side effects.
Lung cancer
Different types of lung tumors are often difficult to treat with large individual differences between cases. A precise analysis of the patient’s specific situation is crucial for successful treatment.
Skin cancer/ melanoma
Advanced melanomas are often difficult to treat despite modern immunotherapies. It is crucial to gather comprehensive information about the individual tumor at an early stage in order to identify effective treatment options with minimal side effects.
Ovarian cancer
For patients with ovarian cancer, it is crucial to gather as much information as possible about the individual tumor at an early stage in order to find effective therapies with minimal side effects.
Pancreatic cancer
As pancreatic tumors often progress rapidly and are difficult to treat, a comprehensive analysis of the individual tumor profile at an early stage is important in order to develop effective therapies with as few side effects as possible.
Stomach cancer
In patients with gastric cancer, an early and accurate analysis of the tumor profile is crucial to identify effective therapies with minimal side effects.
